Daddy's First Daddy's Day

Hey guys,

Sorry it's been so long since you've heard from me, we are still super busy.

Anyway, today is something called Father's Day. Apparently Daddy is supposed to be the center of attention today. Daddy said he wanted to go to church this morning so we got up and got dressed then drove up the road to a church along the Blue Ridge Parkway called Blue Ridge Baptist Church. There was this man at the front of building who was reading out of a special book Mommy and Daddy called a Bible. While he was reading I kept getting fussy because I was getting hungry so Mommy took me to the back of the building so everyone could hear the man at the front.

When we were done we drove to a Grubbery called Rodie's Parkway Restaurant but they had a sign up in the window that said they were closed so we drove back up the road to a Grubbery called Mountain Aire Steak and Seafood. That's where I got to try something called hush puppies which I really liked. Mommy and Daddy seemed to like their food as well.

Right now we are at home laying down because we're going to go back to our old house later to load up stuff into one of those Orange and White Transporters.
