Ladson's Log June 5, 2021

So, today, Daddy slept a really long time. So long that he was still sleeping when I went down for my noon nap. When I woke up he and Mommy were talking about going into town to get Chinese Grub from the Grub Store.

While we were at the store I was rudely ignored when I said I Sweet and Sour Chicken but I got to meet this really cool Giant Human who had bright green hair to match her outfit. Mommy, Daddy, and I complimented her and she smiled from ear to ear. When we were leaving she shouted goodbye and waved at us with that same smile...I think we made her day.

On the way home I heard Daddy say we were only going home to grab chairs and forks, and my Furry Sister Lily, because we we're going eat at something called an Overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We got there and set up our chairs and Mommy fixed my bottle of grub and we ate while admiring the absolute beauty of God's creation.

When we got home we relaxed a little more and I took another nap.
